Cashout – Control Your Bets

The game can change in seconds. With Cashout at Chipstars, you can settle an eligible bet before the event ends instead of waiting for the final result.

If Cashout is available, you’ll see the current amount offered on your bet and can decide whether to settle early or keep your bet running.

What is Cashout?

Cashout lets you settle an eligible bet before the sporting event is over.

The Cashout amount is based on the current status of the event and your bet. Because the game can change at any moment, the available Cashout value can also change.

Once you confirm Cashout, your bet is settled.

How It Works

1. Place your bet - Choose your market and place your sports bet.
2. Check your active bet - When Cashout is available, the option will be displayed on your eligible bet.
3. Review the Cashout amount - Check the amount currently offered.
4. Confirm Cashout - Happy with the offer? Confirm Cashout and settle your bet before the event ends.

Cashout is subject to a 10-second processing delay.

Cashout Commission

A commission is applied to the Cashout amount depending on its value compared with your original stake:

• Cashout below your stake - 7.5%
• Cashout equal to your stake - 5%
• Cashout above your stake - 9.5%

When is Cashout Available?

Cashout is not available on every bet.

Availability depends on the specific bet and current sportsbook conditions. If you don't see a Cashout option, it simply means that Cashout is not currently available for that bet.

Cashout may also become temporarily unavailable while the event or market is being updated.

Important Information

• Cashout is available only on eligible bets.
• Cashout availability can change during an event.
• The Cashout value can change according to the current status of the event and bet.
• A 10-second Cashout delay applies.
• A commission of 7.5%, 5% or 9.5% applies depending on the Cashout value relative to the original stake.
• Once Cashout is confirmed and the bet is settled, it cannot be reversed.
• If the Cashout option is not displayed, the bet is not currently eligible for Cashout.
